for I year B.E., program : |
A pass in HSC (Academic) / CBSE /
Pre-degree / Plus Two level / equivalent with minimum
eligibility marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry
(or)? A pass with minimum eligibility marks in one of
the HSC (Vocational Stream) with Engineering / Technology
as Vocational subjects and any one or two of the related
subjects like Maths, Physics or Chemistry (or) Any other
equivalent qualification approved by the State Board
of Technical Education and training / Higher Secondary
Board of Tamil Nadu and Universities in Tamil Nadu.
Pass in Maths, Physics + Chemistry (combined)
at 10+2 level examinations of Tamil Nadu Board of Education
equivalent with minimum marks as per community given

NRI
QUOTA ADMISSIONS |
Students
of Indian origin are eligible to apply under Non Resident
Indian (NRI) quota.
They may be admitted under Management quota for admission
to I year B.E. / B.Tech. and Lateral Entry to II year
B.E. / B.Tech., sponsored by their parents, brothers,
sisters, uncle and aunt who are employed in aboard (as
Non Resident Indian - NRI).
Minimum mark required for admission is a pass in the
qualifying examination.
Candidates seeking admission under NRI quota need to
produce Provisional Eligibility Certificate (PEC) from
Anna University. PEC is to be obtained from The Director,
Student Affairs, Anna University, Chennai 600 025.
The following documents are needed for applying PEC.
